How it works
The “Jackstar Way”, it’s how we guarantee to deliver exactly what you want on your big day. Our simple process has been designed through years of experience and 100’s of weddings.
Step 1
Grab a coffee
We sit down for an informal chat about your wedding plans so far. What idea’s you have and what’s most important to you about the day. Then we’ll wrap it all together in a nice package and help you understand which of our services are right for you.
Step 2
The Big Picture
With 12 months until the big day we’ll help to make sure you have everything on track. We’ll go deeper into your ideas and explore your vision for the big day. We want to get to know more about you and your guests. At this point you’ll probably start using our online tools for planning your timeline and building your perfect playlist.
Step 3
Keep it going
With around 6 months to go we’ll help keep you focused and on plan. We’ll look at all the features you have planned for the big day and run through the timeline with you to make sure it all makes sense. We’ll talk about the venue, your other suppliers and the guests.
Step 4
Loose ends
With a month to go you’re almost ready to ‘tie the knot’ so its important to make sure we have all the loose ends in check. We’ll run through all your final details and make sure you’re feeling super excited, not stressed and anxious.
Step 5
The big day!
After months (if not years!) of planning the big day has finally arrived and now you can relax and enjoy the best day of your life knowing everything has been planned perfectly and you have the best team to make sure it all happens exactly how you imagined it. We’ll be on hand to provide our services throughout bringing romance, laughter and lots of fun.

“Jackstar did the music for our June Marquee wedding – from background dinner music, microphones for speeches, working with the band and doing a banging DJ set.
The dance floor was permanently full. Tom the DJ was great, as was Jack the owner who did a site visit the day before. Louise answered any email queries instantly and we were reassured the whole way when planning the biggest day of our lives.

I also booked a host for the day aswell Tom!… Tom was great and ensured on the day he asked me and the groom anything he needed to in order to do what we preferred. It really did finish off the reception.
It got all the guests in the spirit and was also brilliant to have him announce the bridal party in to the Orangery. I would defo recommend to go for DJ and host as it was a great combo! Jackstar also offer many other parts to your package, so if you want special lights and equipment they also provide that too! Jack goes through it all with you.
