Hothorpe Hall & The Woodlands Wedding Fair, June 2018
On Sunday 24 June we’ll be heading to Hothorpe Hall & The Woodlands for a fantastic Wedding Fair
We have been apart of Weddings at Hothorpe Hall & The Woodlands since 2016 so we’re delighted to be exhibiting at their next Wedding Fair in June. Between 12-4pm a number of suppliers covering cakes, DJ’s, photographers, stylists, photo booths, singers will be there to get you inspired ahead of your big day. Guests will be treated to complimentary Prosecco and an opportunity to sample some of the venues finest canapes. A number of staff from Hothorpe Hall will be available to show couples around, along with all 3 of the Hall’s wedding coordinators (Julia Synnott, Stephanie Wheeler, Lisa Jones). They will be available to answer any more detailed queries and deal with provisional bookings etc. Also, weather permitting The Gardens will also be dressed, with an opportunity for couples to wander around.

Nerissa Eve Weddings: Nadine from Nerissa Eve Weddings will be styling at the event, she is a regular at both of their venues (Hothorpe Hall & The Woodlands)
Mango Acoustic: Charlie and Will are a fantastic singing duo are another regular for Weddings held at Hothorpe and The Woodlands.
Your Perfect Day: Chris Denner Photographer from ‘Your Perfect Day’ who has captured moments at many weddings hosted by ourselves
Hockley’s Cakes: Don’t miss some amazing and delicious looking Wedding cakes from Hockley’s Cakes.
Tin Box Memories: create handcrafted, individual and beautifully edited films of your special day for you to enjoy over and over again.
Hothorpe Hall & The Woodlands: have two fantastic exclusive venues for you to choose from for your big day. Hothorpe Hall is a grand manor house with a lovely mix of traditional features and luxurious comfort. It offers a generous amount of space in which you are able to marry, celebrate, dine and party on your Wedding day. Hothorpe Hall offers plenty of bedrooms, including a stunning newlywed suite. The Ceremony/Dining capacity for the venue is 110 and Party/Reception capacity is 200.
The second venue on site, The Woodlands, offers a natural appeal of the woodland village giving off a wonderful atmosphere for a more intimate Wedding celebration. It now offers a licensed outdoor ceremony space too. The Woodlands allows your guests to spend time in the woods or gather on the lawns for drinks, a few games and photos after your vows have been made. It offers handmade garden games alongside a Prosecco bar and self-serve beer tap! The Woodlands is the perfect Rustic Luxe Wedding Venue!
