Our new Magic Mirror hire Leicester last Sunday for Kate and Dan’s special day.
Last Sunday Jack and I had the pleasure of taking our magic mirror to the Ullesthorpe Court Hotel for Kate and Dan’s wedding reception.
Pre Wedding
Back in December 2016 Kate contacted our team to see if we had our new magic mirror was available on her wedding date. We were delighted to confirm the mirror was still available and shortly afterwards Kate booked team Jackstar to be part of her special day.
A couple of months ahead of the big day our team contacted Kate to confirm all of the timings, positioning of the mirror etc and discuss her print design. With all of our magic mirror bookings our clients are able to have their print designs fully personalised for their event. To tie in with Kate’s colour scheme and theme she requested a pale pink background with hearts – I’m sure you will agree our designer did just that!
On the Day
Sunday 30th April – Kate and Dan’s big day! Jack and I arrived at the hotel with time to spare! With the speeches still taking place Jack and I waited downstairs until these came to an end and guests had left the room ready for the turn around.
Once the room was cleared Jack and I put the magic mirror in place, sorted the props before setting the magic mirror up and carrying out our test shot. With everything working perfectly we waited for Kate, Dan and their guests to re-enter the room for their evening entertainment.
Throughout the evening Kate, Dan and their family and friends enjoyed using our Magic Mirror, dressing up with the various props and striking a pose. By the time guests had taken off their props the magic mirror had printed two copies of their print. One for them to take away and a second for the guest book which I was taking care of. Once I had stuck the print into the guest book I encouraged guests to leave the bride and groom a message with their picture. At the end of evening I handed the guest book to the bride for her and Dan to enjoy at a later date!
Post Wedding
The following day Kate and Dan wrote some kind words about the service they had received on our Facebook page. Thank you, they really are appreciated. A couple of days later, once all of the images had been downloaded, a digital copy of the prints were sent to the newly married couple to download and share with their family and friends.
