Magic Mirror Hire Rutland

On Saturday our Magic Mirror Hire Rutland was at the Normanton Park Hotel for the wedding of Michael and Nicole.

Last year Nicole seen our new magic mirror, or selfie mirror, at a wedding fair. Shortly afterwards we were delighted when she got in touch to book the magic mirror for her wedding reception on Saturday 13th May at Normanton Park Hotel in Rutland.

Pre Wedding Day Planning

Prior to the big day our team designed Michael and Nicole’s magic mirror printouts. The couple decided not to include the ‘sign your name’ feature on the mirror, but instead had an image of themselves in the bottom corner.

Wedding Day

On the day itself, Jack took our magic mirror to Normanton Park Hotel to find things were running slightly behind schedule.

Forward thinking!

As Jack knew the venue well he confirmed with the event team the positioning of the mirror and was able to unload the van outside the room whilst the speeches continued to take place. Once the speeches drew to an end and the room emptied, Jack was then able to get straight into the function room saving time and without holding up the evening part of the celebrations.

Shortly after 8.30pm guests re-entered the room which had been turned around ready for the evening party. It didn’t take long before guests were waiting for their turn with the mirror. You are never too young, or too old, for dressing up in silly props before striking a pose!

Each time the mirror was used, two copies of each print were printed. A copy for the guest book and a copy for the guests to take away. Throughout the evening Jack looked after the guest book sticking a copy of the print in before encouraging guests to leave the newly married couple a message. At the end of the evening the guest book was then handed to the bride and groom before being packed down again.

Post Event

On Monday morning our team downloaded all of the prints taken from Michael and Nicole’s wedding reception before sending them a digital copy and uploading a copy, as requested, to our Facebook page.
