The Booking
Back in January 2019 Daisy and Todd first got in contact with us to discuss their Ansty Hall wedding for the following January. The couple decided to go ahead and book a band and then booked team Jackstar to provide the white LED dance floor, Uplighting, LOVE Letters and Photo Booth.

The Lead Up
Between booking with us, and the big day itself Daisy and Todd were in contact with me to discuss things such as their colour scheme, print design, room layout etc. With around six months to go until the big day, Daisy and Todd also came in to our Shepshed based office to discuss their Ansty Hall wedding in more detail and run through a few ideas.
On the Day
The big day arrived. Saturday 25th January 2020, Jack and Mark headed over to Ansty Hall to set up for Daisy and Todd’s wedding. As the wedding breakfast was taking place in the Orangery, the guys set up the photo booth first of all. With this going just outside the Orangery in the foyer area, they were able to do this whilst desserts were being served without causing any disruption. On the day things were running a little over time too, so being able to set up the photo booth at this point cut down on our set up time.
Once the desserts were eaten and the speeches had taken place, Daisy, Todd and their guests left the Orangery so we could set up the dance floor, love letters and uplighting. The band were too setting up at this point.
The dance floor was a little bigger than we usually recommend at Ansty Hall, however due to the number of guests Daisy and Todd were having it was much needed. On the night we worked with the venue staff and the band to ensure everyone had enough space. Instead of a square dance floor we made a rectangle which meant the floor could be a little wider giving the band and venue the space they needed and keeping the large floor size that the couple wanted.
Once the band had finished setting up guests began to fill the room (and dance floor and photo booth!) and the evening reception was well underway!

I just wanted to send a message to say THANK YOU. You guys were awesome last week at our wedding. You just got on and done the job without us even realising. Set up and take down was a breeze and we couldn’t be happier.
The dance floor was FULL the entire evening, and the photo booth. Well the photos are interesting and HILARIOUS.
