Real Weddings – Kate & Adam – Ansty Hall
Kate & Adam’s Ansty Hall Wedding – Sunday 29th December 2019
Kate first contacted me following the Ansty Hall wedding fair back in October 2018 which was organised by the Bespoke Weddings team.
What they Booked
Kate already had a band booked for her wedding reception, but wanted to add the ‘wow’ factor with a sparkly dance floor. What better way to light up the room and entice guests onto the dance floor than hiring one of our white LED dance floors! Ahead of Kate & Adam’s wedding I contact their wedding band (House of Chords) to confirm how much space they needed and our details for on the day, just in case! Depending on how many people are in the band, and the type of band you hire means they all need a different amount of space. We always like to check roughly how much space they need so that on the day they have enough room to set up and don’t take up half of the dance floor with their kit. After all, you need as much space for dancing as possible!
Along with hiring our white LED dance floor for their Ansty Hall wedding reception, Kate & Adam also hired our Magic Mirror Photo Booth or Selfie Mirror. Photo Booths and Magic Mirror’s are always a huge hit at weddings! Who doesn’t love the opportunity to dress up in silly props and strike a pose!
Ahead of Kate & Adam’s wedding we discussed the Magic Mirror print design, time they would like like the mirror to open along with where they would like the mirror to go! At Ansty Hall there are a couple of different options that work well, and whilst we are always happy to make suggestions, we are very flexible and will always work around your plans. After all, every wedding is different.

The Day
On the day Jack and Mark went over to Ansty Hall to set up the dance floor and Magic Mirror in Orangery whilst Kate, Adam and their guests continued eating their wedding breakfast in the main hotel. Once set up, and the band had completed their sound check guests soon started to come through to the evening reception and having a selfie. Throughout the evening the Magic Mirror printed two copies of every print. One for guests to take away on the night and one for the couples guest book. Mark, who was looking after the Magic Mirror for the evening, stuck the second copy of each print into the guest book and encouraged guests to leave the newly married couple a message too.

Following Kate & Adam’s wedding I received a lovely email from bride Kate with the following…
