Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Nel who married at The Priest House Hotel on Friday 12th May!
Priest House Hotel is a great wedding venue in Derbyshire. Here at Jackstar we love weddings at The Priest House Hotel. On Friday we had the privilege of being back at this stunning venue with our wedding DJ services. As the newly married couple enjoyed their wedding breakfast upstairs in the Riverside Suite with their family and friends, our wedding DJ set up our wedding disco equipment downstairs in The Garden Suite.
The room dressed in fairy lighting and bunting was filled shortly after 7pm with guests enjoying the background music being played as they entered the room. Once family and friends had filled the room, the cake cutting took place with the couples song choice of ‘Queen – You’re my Best Friend’. Shortly after this followed the first dance. The newly married couple danced together for the first time as husband and wife to the ‘Goo Goo Dolls – Iris’ before being joined on the dance floor with the family and friends.
Throughout the evening guests enjoyed dancing to a mixture of tracks pre-selected by the bride and groom as well as the DJ’s choices on the night. The evening ended at midnight, on a high, with ‘Journey – Don’t Stop Believing’.
